These terms cover your use of Rzume. They are short on purpose.
Rzume reviews a resume, shows you how software parses it, and rewrites it using information you supply. It is a writing tool. It is not a recruiter, a career adviser, or a legal adviser.
We do not promise you an interview, a callback, or a job. Nobody honestly can.
We do not promise that a specific company's hiring software will accept your file. We cannot see inside it, and neither can anyone who sells you a percentage.
We check what is checkable: whether a parser reads your file correctly, whether your resume uses the words a job description uses, and whether your layout breaks common parsers.
You keep every right to your resume and your career record. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as running the product requires.
You are responsible for what your resume claims. Rzume will not add a number, a title, a date or an employer you did not give it, but it also cannot verify the ones you do. If a claim is false, that is between you and the employer.
Do not upload someone else's resume as your own. Do not use Rzume to generate fraudulent credentials. Do not try to break, overload or resell the service.
We may close an account that does these things, and we will say why.
The free tier is free with no card. Paid plans are charged in advance for the period you pick. You can cancel in one click from settings, at any time, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
We do not run a trial that converts into a charge.
If the product did not do what this site says it does, email hello@rzume.ai within 14 days and you get your money back. No form, no reason required.
You can delete your account whenever you like. If we ever shut Rzume down, you get at least 30 days' notice and an export of everything you put into it.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Dutch law applies.
Questions go to hello@rzume.ai.
